Photoshop - How do I change all of one color to another?

In Photoshop, I would like to be able to change all of a specific red (ff0000) to a specific blue (0006ff) without actually selecting every red spot. Is this possible? Thanks!

In Image-Adjustments-Go to replace colour,

Now select the colour you wish to replace and select the new colour to be.

Be sure to make these changes in a duplicate layer so that you can perfect the exact changing of colours.

What i would also suggest is just bulk Select the area to be turned blue, with the selection make new layer,in new layer fill with the required colour and set the blending to overlay, now start erasing the parts in the new layer to get that perfect look.

You can also change the opacity of the new layer to get the style you require.

If they're all located on the same layer, select the layer, select the wand tool, click a blank area on that layer, press CTRL Shift i and add a color overlay to that layer.
