download and install one (or more) of the following free brushes, which will let you use the brush tool to 'click' a bullet hole onto a picture in question:

just use one of these brush sets

you can check on yahoo!pictures for "bullet holes" and then, in photoshop open the picture and press strg+u (or was it i?) to make it black'n'white. then you can copy the black space into

another layer of the picture you wanna edit, and click strg+v to insert it. then you can doubleclick the layer and set it to "multiply". you can also fool a lil bit around with the "channels" (one tab right of layers tab)
