Photoshop editors?

i need a good photoshop editor that's free. i already tried gimp and that didn't work but i'm looking for one that won't install a virus on my computer, and that isn't illegal.

Gimp wouldn't have installed a virus on your computer, you may want to check out AVG Free anti-virus.

Adobe Photoshop is the best image editor and is the industry standard, however it costs $649 through the Adobe Web site.
