im trying to work with paint.net basically a free version of photoshop, And i cant figure out how to do ANYTHING...i have been trying differant things and nothing does what i want it to...im trying to change eye color and photo retouch...and i have found a bunch of videos showing it but there all just doing it and not exsplaining how and most are to far away and to fast to read what they are doing if you can help please instant message me on yahoo shorty76789 please send tell using the work "photo retouch" thanks

There are lots of free, text-based Photoshop tutorials on the web, try some of them. Do a Yahoo or Google search for Photoshop Tutorials or similar phrases.
Get a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements, which is much less expensive than Photoshop and has a simpler interface.
