When I install Photoshop CS2, the help part won't install if another Adobe product is already installed. When I select help from the menu, the only help available is for the first product installed. Any ideas. Thanks.

I have no idea why that would happen. I would send an e-mail to technical support at Adobe. Go to the link below and see what solution is best for you. Their tech support is pretty good when you buy their products. Good luck!
